At MochiStore, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted ceramic plant pots. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramics, minor variations in glaze, texture, and color are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us through our website's contact page.
